Have you ever gone to a website and not been able to find a price for what you're looking for? We surf the web regularly and when we can't find the information we need, we move on to the next website.

At Zanitu we understand the many different ways that people use the internet and we believe in providing our clients (and our potential Clients) with the information needed to make an informed decision.

We have straightforward pricing on all of our services so you never have to wonder what you will be paying. When you become a Zanitu client we will tailor a package, for your specific needs, from the services and pricing listed here. As an existing Zanitu client, you can upgrade to any additional services at any time.

♦ Initial Consultation FREE
This is our opportunity to familiarize ourselves with your business and to determine what your wants and needs are for your web presence and marketing strategies. We also want you to get to know us and our capabilities. We feel that this is a critical element in creating a strong relationship with our clients so we do not charge for the initial consultation.  When the initial consultation is complete we will offer you a Proposal for Services which is also free.  Our proposal is not an Estimate but rather a total cost proposal for the agreed upon services offered.

♦ Domain Name Registration FREE
A Domain Name becomes your address on the Internet (Ex. www.yourcompanyname.com). We will help you find the best available domain name that will identify your website. When we have found a Domain Name that meets your needs we will then register that Domain Name for you as part of our package agreement, at no additional charge. Unlike other Web Services companies that may register themselves as owners of the Domain Name and then allow you to use it, when we register your Domain Name it is just that, YOUR Domain Name. 

♦ Website Design  
• Standard Design    $100.00
We will use your existing marketing materials (including, logo, company colors, business cards, brochures, etc.) in the layout and structure of your new website to maintain your identity and the consistancy of message in your marketing strategies.

• Custom Design Starting at $350.00
If you are looking to develop your business brand, we can help customize your new identity, which can include, but is not limited to, a new logo and choices for company colors. We will work closely with you every step of the way to ensure your satisfaction.

• Artistic Design Starting at $500.00
For the Clients that require a website with a special flair we offer a more in depth design process.  This process can include multiple design presentations for your approval. This design process will yield a new logo, company colors, desired fonts, and a unified approach for future Letterhead, Flyers, Business Cards, and other printed materials.

♦ Logo Design Starting at $250.00
A logo is a graphic mark or emblem commonly used by companies and organizations to promote their company and for brand recognition.  When trying to differenciate yourself, your logo becomes the focal point of your identity.  Your logo is your most important design element and we will help to ensure your new logo represents your business.

♦ Copy Writing $30/page
At Zanitu, we believe that content is key for your website.  The content of your website represents your business and is your opportunity to relay your message to your customers and potential customers.  There are two ways that the content for your website can be generated.  Either submitted by you or created by us.  The pricing for Page Creation listed below represents the cost of creating web pages with content submitted by you.  You do not need to be a writer to provide us with the information we need.  Any existing promotional materials, ideas, bullet lists, policies, etc. count as submitted copy and we will do the rest to dress it all up.  Or, we can take care of it all through an interview process with you, or your staff, and then write the copy from scratch.

• Homepage Creation $195.00
We want your homepage to Pop! We create the page so that every person that views your site knows who you are and what you do and has a feeling of connection with your business.  A homepage leaves a lasting impression and we want to make it a good one!  We think of a Homepage like the front page of a newspaper, well displayed to lead your visitors to the information they are looking for.

• Additional Page Creation  $95/page
We create pages using images and text that pertain to your business needs and that will provide information to visitors in an attractive manner.  Content is key in turning visitors into customers.

♦ Interactive Functionality  
With our own proprietary software, you will have access to interactive functionality that will enhance your customers experience on your website.  Each of these functions, when activated, provides powerful marketing tools designed specifically to ehance your website and help turn web traffic to foot traffic.

• Catalog $150.00
Our Catalog Function allows your visitors to view products you offer. This enables them to familiarize themselves with your business and what you have to offer them.  The Catalog is highly customizable to fit your needs for everything from products to menus and all items are categorized and searchable.

• Newsletter $150.00
Our Newsletter Function provides your website the capability to gather and maintain an email list of your customers.  And, to create and deliver email newsletters to list members as often as you wish.  Targeted, Opt-in newsletters can be a powerful marketing tool for any business. It is an easy way to reach out to your customers and keep them informed of new products, sales or upcoming events.

• Calendar $150.00
Our Calendar Function provides you the opportunity to post upcoming sales, events, classes, services, due dates, and much more, which allows your customers the opportunity to stay connected.

♦ Mobile Websites  Starting at $250.00
With our own proprietary software we can create a matching, secondary website designed specifically for mobile devices. This Mobile Website has streamlined content and a layout to display best on mobile phones and tablets. Our mobile websites are usually smaller than standard websites and priced accordingly.

♦ Website Hosting  
Website hosting services make your website accessible to your customers on the internet on a continuous basis. Web Hosting Services are provided by web servers that are specially configured to provide reliable connections with minimal down time. Our State-of-the-Art Dell servers are monitored 24/7 to ensure optimum service for your website and are located in St. Paul, MN.

The Zanitu software that powers our clients websites has advanced Interactive Functionality capabilities including Catalogs, Newsletters and Calendars and also allows for Mobile Websites.  Each of these functionalities requires additional server resources and, for each function provided we charge an additional fee added to the monthly Hosting charges listed above. 

For websites that require increased capacities beyond our standard offerings, we will create a personalized hosting package tailored to your specific needs.

♦ Search Engine Optimization  
SEO is the process of improving the visibility of a website in search engines like Google and Yahoo! via the "organic" search results.  In general, the more relevent your website content is to what someone has searched for means a higher ranking on the search results page.

• Initial SEO (Search Engine Optimization) $25/page
When your business website is created, we will "SEO" it to help ensure the best ranking in search engine results. Being towards the top of Google search results lists is critical to your business's success and visibility on the internet.

• Continued SEO $30/page
Whenever SEO is needed (monthly, quarterly or annually) we can assist you. If you are not getting the best ranking at anytime, we can assist you in getting back towards the top and seen by more potential customers.  Advanced Search Engine Optimization techniques can be applied with an annual contract.

♦ Search Engine Submittal $75.00
The Majority of all internet searches are performed through Google.  For this one-time fee we will submit your website to Google. When submitting your website to Google we Submit or update your company information for organic and local map listings. We let the world know who you are, when you are open, your location or service area and what your business is all about. For an additional $75 we can also submit your website to Bing.

♦ Email Set-up  $75.00
Email is such a key communication link for your business to potential and current customers. We will come to your location and set-up up to 3 email accounts on your computers and/or smart phones. Or, we can create and setup as many email accounts as you need on any number of devices, even in multiple locations, for an additional fee.

♦ Favorites Icon $25.00
Do you see the "Z" in the address bar or tab at the top of your browser?  That is a Favorites Icon.  We can design a Favorites Icon to make your website stand out when someone bookmarks your site.

♦ Apple Touch Icon $50.00
Similar to the Favorites Icon, the Apple Touch Icon is used by mobile devices when someone bookmarks your site.  We can design an Apple Touch Icon for when someone bookmarks your site on their mobile device.

♦ Animated Page Headers Starting at $150.00
Animated page headers will help set you apart from your competition. They capture your customers attention and will help them remember you because of this unique feature. There is a $150.00 minimum charge for 5 pages. Each additional page is $30.00.

♦ Image Rotators Starting at $50.00
Image Rotators help to capture your customers attention and allows us the opportunity to display multiple images in a smaller amount of screen space. Image Rotators give life to an otherwise still page and can make your message more appealing.

♦ Custom Contact Forms Starting at $100.00
A standard contact form can be included in you website for basic inquiries from visitors though Custom Contact Forms can be created to acquire more detailed information that pertains to your specific requirements.

♦ Promotional Videos Starting at $195.00
Promotional Videos are a great tool that provide a visual representation of your business, your products and your services.  We can write, produce and create the entire thing for you.  If a picture is worth a thousand words, how much is a video worth?  It is no wonder why more and more companies are focusing on promotional videos as they are likely to provide a positive return on their investment. These videos acan be placed on your website, posted to your Facebook feed or used at tradeshows.

♦ Newsletter Creation $50.00
This functionality is part of our proprietary content management system. This is a function you can do yourself for free, we can come in and show you how to do it, or you can send us the information and we will take care of it for you. We will edit your copy, insert images, create the Newsletter and send it to all of the recipients on your email list.

♦ Business Card Design Starting at $50.00
Business cards are a basic necessity of doing business. We use your overall design to create business cards that match your website and other printed marketing materials for a complete consistency of message. We can also have these cards, and all printed materials, printed and delivered directly to you in just a few days.

♦ Brochures - Flyers - Mailers Starting at $150.00
These marketing materials can be designed using your overall theme for your business to produce a consistent message for your products or services. Once the design is approved we can have them printed and delivered to you in just a few days.

♦ Social Media Management $75.00
Social Media has become a central focal point of modern life and Facebook is the largest social media site. For a one time setup fee we can create your Facebook page and fill it with your business information, images and a link back to your website. For an additional monthly fee we can also monitor and maintain your Facebook presence.

♦ Hourly Support $75.00/hour
We want to work with you and your business to ensure your website and overall marketing strategy continues to provide a real and measureable return on investment. To ensure your website and marketing are doing their job for your business, it is helpful to have accurate and current information updated on a regular basis.  We can provide you these services on an hourly or contract basis for whatever support you may need.
